We’re inviting Orlando-area venues and event partners to submit a proposal to host our Annual Joint Industry Party—an exciting, exclusive opportunity to showcase your space to the local events community.

Estimated attendance: 150–250 guests
Preferred dates (in order): 7/23/26, 7/16/26, 7/30/26, 7/22/26, 7/15/26, 7/29/26
RFP deadline: Friday, April 17, 2026
How proposals will be evaluated
All bids will be reviewed by the Event Committee. Proposals will be evaluated based on:
Availability of space and facilities
Sponsorship commitment (full to partial sponsorship requested; partnerships encouraged where applicable)
